What Exactly Is "Artisan"? TOP
The Charming Lamb uses the term "artisan" to describe the complete hand-crafted workmanship that goes into each piece we make. Just as an artist paints pictures, no two are ever exactly alike. Remember that each piece is carefully made by human hands and not mass-produced by machine.
- Each letter is hand-stamped ONE letter at a time.
- Alignment of letters and/or spacing is not perfect ~ this should never be interpreted as an imperfection, but rather the charm of an artisan piece.
How Long Does It Take To Receive A Custom Order? TOP
We try to ship
items as soon as possible, but remember each one is made to order, in our home studio. Generally, three weeks not including shipping time.
If you need something by a certain
date, please contact us. We try hard to please our customers and want to help when we can. Perhaps shipping directly to your cherished one may speed things along (we'll even send you photos of the completed work)! Can I Order Something Different Than What I See On Your Site? TOP
Most often, the answer is YES! We love the opportunity to make a piece extra special for you or someone you love. Contact us and we will work closely together to bring it to life.

What Type Of Materials Do You Use? TOP
The Charming Lamb uses .925 sterling silver for every item we fabricate and sell. We carefully search out our suppliers for superior quality.
We are 'silver snobs' - if we wouldn't wear it, we certainly won't sell it!
We receive our materials in a raw dull state. Before allowing it to leave our studio, each piece passes the "sweater" test. We look for any possible rough area that could cause a snag in an article of clothing or a scratch on your skin. We strive for perfection!

Always $5.95! Order as much or as little as you wish...we'll always charge you the same.
We like to keep things simple and reasonable for our customers.
Do You Ship Outside Of The USA? TOP
We are not currently shipping outside of the US...perhaps in the near future.
What Is Your Return Policy? TOP
Our return policy is quite simple ~ we want you to be happy.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package.
- We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you to enclose with the item you will be returning.
- Unfortunately, shipping fees cannot be refunded.
- All returns must be in unused and unworn condition.
Custom order items are not eligible for refund unless there was a workmanship error and the piece was not made to the order we received.
